Inspired by the intricate hand-carved details of Rani ki Vav in Patan, and a motif also found in traditional Patola sarees, the Shilpi Earrings reinterpret a piece of Gujarat's architectural and textile heritage as wearable art.
The ornate geometric form is brought to life with layers of fine detailing, tiny rava balls, and delicate ghungroo-inspired drops that add movement and character. Inspired by motifs originally brought to life through hand-carving, the design celebrates the skill and artistry of the craftspeople who shaped Gujarat's visual heritage.
